The Board of Directors of Latvian Forest Company AB has decided to publish a full-year report covering January-December 2021 on Monday, February 28 instead of Monday, February 21. The decision is made because the company needs extra time to prepare the full-year report in connection with the recent acquisition of the Lithuanian business. The problem arises with the coordination of accounting and consolidation guidelines by Latvian Forest Company AB vis-à-vis UAB Siluona.
