During spring, the management of Latvian Forest Company, together with the Board of Directors, has carried out a thorough evaluation process of various marketplaces, which resulted in us deciding to apply for listing on NGM Nordic SME. The goal is to carry out the list change in the second quarter of 2024.
We are convinced that NGM, given where the company is today, is an excellent marketplace for us to continue to grow from going forward, in line with our ambitions and growth plans. Existing shareholders will not be affected, but the company may become more visible in communication with the stock market and trading in the share may increase.
